Reporting Damage: If your canvas or frame arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the item and its packaging immediately.

Replacement Process: Once we receive your email, we will consult with our third-party framing and printing provider to assess the damage. If approved, a replacement will be sent to you at no additional cost.
