At Nicole Kearns Photography, we take great care to ensure that every print and framed piece arrives in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged, we are happy to provide a replacement under the following conditions: 

Returns & Replacements 

• Damaged Goods Only: We only accept returns and replacements for items that arrive damaged. 

• Reporting Damage: If your canvas or frame arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the item and its packaging immediately. 

• How to Request a Replacement: Send the photos along with your order details to Nikki_Kearns@outlook.com 

• Replacement Process: Once we receive your email, we will consult with our third-party framing and printing provider to assess the damage. If approved, a replacement will be sent to you at no additional cost. 

Important Notes 

• We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind or personal preference. 

• All prints and frames are made to order, and as such, we cannot accept returns for reasons other than damage. 

• The printing and framing process is handled by a third-party provider, and we must consult them before approving a replacement.

Framed Prints Shipping 

• All framed prints are fulfilled by a third-party supplier located in Melbourne. 

• Shipping times for framed prints may vary slightly due to supplier processing times. 

Canberra/Queanbeyan Region Deliveries & Pickup 

• Free local delivery is available for framed prints within the Canberra/Queanbeyan region. 

• Alternatively, you can pick up your order at the next local market. Check our Home Page for upcoming market details. 

Additional Information 

• Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address details.
